This template sets out the rules for using Monzix. Please have legal counsel review before launch.
The service
Monzix, operated by Monzix LLC, is a discovery and comparison platform. We do not sell, ship or process payment for products; we link you to third-party retailers who do.
Product information
We aggregate product data from retailers and enrich it editorially. While we work to keep it accurate, the retailer's own product page is authoritative for price, availability, description and terms of sale.
Purchases
Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, governed by their terms. Monzix is not a party to that transaction and is not liable for it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to disrupt it.
Intellectual property
Brand names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and retailers. The Monzix name, editorial content and design are ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
