Duties and taxes
For the US and rest of world, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — the checkout total is final and nothing is due on delivery. For EU customers they are already included in the listed price. Duties are remitted to customs authorities and are not refundable on a return.
Return policy
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, or 14 days for EU customers under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Email us with your order number to start a return. Once approved you receive a pre-paid return label and the item must ship within 3 days. A $50 return shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund — waived when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days of inspection.
