Returns & refunds

Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, or 14 days for customers in the European Union under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How it works

1. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once approved, you receive a pre-paid return label.
3. Ship the item within 3 days of receiving the label.
4. After the return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

A $50 return shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund. This fee is waived when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please do not ship to the address on the parcel without authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Banks may take additional days to post a refund.

Import duties and taxes are remitted to customs authorities and are not refundable.

Gift cards are not returnable.
